Membership

$150 a month covers one 60 minute session from our menu, every month. Additional sessions stay at the member rate of $150, $220 or $275, locked in for as long as your membership runs.

This is the start of a request, not a confirmed appointment. Nothing is booked until you finish in the app and a therapist accepts.

What happens next

Sending the form creates your account and takes you into the app, with what you have typed already filled in.
The app shows you the licensed providers free in your window who cover your area, with their bio, photo and what they specialise in.
You choose the one you want, and a backup, and you see their real openings rather than guessing at a time.
Your provider gets the request by text and email, and accepts or declines. If they decline, it goes to your backup automatically. We text you either way.
First time only: a quick ID check by secure link.
Your provider confirms, and you get their arrival time.

Verifying it's you

A one time check, before your first session only. After that you just log in and book.

Enter your name, mobile number, and email.
Confirm both: we text you a code and email you a second one.
Create your login, so booking again takes seconds.
Choose your ID type and upload a photo of it. Driver's licence, passport, or another government issued ID.
Once it's accepted, a short video check confirms your face matches the ID. You'll be prompted to turn your head a few different ways.

The prompts change every time, in a random order, so the check cannot be faked with a recording.

Sereno never stores your ID. Verification is handled by our identity partner. We keep the result, not the document.

We do this because we send a person to your door. Your provider sees who they are meeting before they accept, and you get someone who has been checked just as carefully.

Cancellation policy

More than 24 hours ahead, no charge.
Within 24 hours, 50% of the session.
Within 4 hours, or a no-show, the full session.

Your therapist has already reserved the time and the drive, which is what the policy protects.

Payment

After you submit this form you will be taken to Stripe to add a card. It is not charged then. Your card is charged after your session is complete, and if we cannot staff your request it is never charged at all. Stripe stores the card details; we never see or hold your card number. All major credit and debit cards. Tips are added afterward and go entirely to your provider.

No travel fees, ever. The price you see covers your provider coming to you.
