One session helps. Going regularly is what changes how your body feels month to month. Membership makes that the easy option instead of the expensive one.

One session included
A full 60 minute session every month, from anything on our menu, at your home, office, or wherever you are staying. Booked the same way as any other session.
Member pricing, locked
Every session after your included one is $150, $220, or $275 instead of $165, $235, or $290. Book five times in a month and all five are at member rates.
Sessions roll over
Miss a month and it is not lost. Every month you are billed adds a session, and the ones you have not used wait for you. Months already billed are not refunded, whether or not you used that month’s session.
Priority booking
When two people want the same provider at the same time, members are matched first.
Book for anyone
Your partner, a friend, the whole household. Member pricing applies to every session you book.
New services as they arrive
Massage today. As Sereno adds services to the network, your membership covers those too, at no extra cost and with nothing for you to switch over.

Your first 60 minute session each month is included in the $150. Gratuity is separate and goes entirely to your provider, and there are no travel fees at any distance.
Worth knowing
How this differs from a spa membership
If you have had one before, you already know where they go wrong.
No contract, no notice period
One month minimum, then cancel whenever you like. No twelve month term, no thirty days' written notice, no early termination fee, and no conversation designed to talk you out of it.
Your sessions do not expire
They stay on your account while you are a member, and they are still yours if you cancel. No sixty day window to use them or lose them.
Your card keeps it running
If the card on your account expires, new sessions cannot be booked and your membership pauses until you add a current one. Nothing you have banked is lost while it waits.
A full hour on the table
Sixty minutes of hands-on work. Your provider arrives early to set up and that setup is not counted against your session.
You choose your provider
By name, photo, and how they work. Not whoever happens to be rostered on the day you booked.
And you keep them
Finding a therapist you like and losing them to turnover is the most common complaint in this industry. Sereno providers are paid a flat, competitive rate and keep all of their gratuity, which is how you stay a client of the same person for years.
And nobody drives anywhere. A membership you have to travel to is a membership you stop using in February.
How it works
Three things to know
You are billed monthly
$150 on your signup date, then the same date every month, on the card you have on file.
Book whenever suits you
Log in, pick a date and time, choose your provider. Your included session and your member rate are applied automatically.
Cancel any time
One month minimum, and after that you can cancel whenever you like. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no phone call to talk you out of it.

Your membership lives in your Sereno account — that is what applies your member rate automatically when you book, without you having to ask for it.
You’ll sign in with Google, then pay through Stripe. Your membership starts the moment the payment goes through — there is nobody to wait for. Cancel any time.

About membership
What if I do not use my session one month?
It stays on your account. Your session does not disappear at the end of the month. It waits for you, and you can use two next month, or three the month after.
Billing carries on monthly while your membership is active, and each billed month adds a session to your account. Months already billed are not refunded, whether or not you used that month’s session; the session is yours to use later.
Each banked session is kept for twelve months from the month it was added, and we tell you thirty days before one would expire.
Can I use my included session for a 90 or 120 minute booking?
Yes. Your membership covers the 60 minute session, and you pay the difference at member rates: $70 more for 90 minutes, $125 more for 120.
Can I book for my partner, or for a group?
Yes. Book for your partner, a friend, a parent, or the whole house, and your member rate applies to all of it. Your included session covers one of them and the rest are at member pricing.
Whoever is receiving the session completes their own identity check the first time, since your provider needs to know who they are meeting.
Does membership cover services other than massage?
Yes, as they arrive. Massage is what the network offers today. When we add further wellness services your membership covers them on the same terms, with nothing for you to change or upgrade.
Can I cancel?
Any time after your first month. There is no notice period and no fee. Sessions you have already accumulated stay yours to use.
Do members get priority booking?
Yes. When more than one person wants the same provider in the same window, members are matched first. On a busy Saturday evening, that is the difference between getting the therapist you wanted and getting an apology.
