Every provider earns the same flat hourly rate, benchmarked above what most spas and mobile platforms pay. It does not move with demand, and you never bid against another therapist for work. We will tell you the number in your first conversation.
You keep 100% of gratuity
Every dollar a client tips is yours. Sereno takes nothing from it, and travel is already built into what we pay you, so there is no fee to chase or split.
Your schedule, your area
You tell us how far you are willing to drive and we never send you past it. You set your hours, and you decline any job for any reason with no penalty. You are an independent professional and we build like it.
Why it is built this way. I have been on the receiving end of bosses who would not pay properly for good work. Sereno is the opposite of that on purpose. Pay is flat so nobody gets undercut, tips are untouched, travel is covered in the rate, and saying no costs you nothing. The goal is a company good therapists want to stay at and grow with.

How Sereno treats the people doing the work
A platform is only as good as the providers willing to stay on it.
- A flat, competitive rate, the same at every session length. No bidding, no undercutting, no race to the bottom.
- You keep 100% of gratuity. Sereno takes nothing from it.
- Travel is built into your rate, so a further drive is never an argument about a fee.
- You set your own service radius, and we never offer you work outside it. Change it whenever you like.
- You choose your service area and your hours.
- Clients are verified before dispatch, with a real name, a confirmed phone number, ID verification, and a card on file.
- Declining work costs you nothing. There is no penalty for saying no.
- Illness and emergencies are always excused. Always. And if you need to step back for a while, there is a way to do that cleanly.
Your safety
You should know whose door you're knocking on.
Mobile work carries a risk that most platforms don't talk about. We do.
- Every client is verified before dispatch, real name, confirmed phone number, and a valid card on file. No anonymous bookings, ever.
- Our conduct policy is enforced, not decorative. Any request for anything other than licensed therapeutic work ends the session and the client's account, permanently.
- You get the address and details before you accept, and you can decline for any reason at all.
- A person is reachable during every session. Not a chatbot.
- Illness and emergencies are always excused. No strikes, no probation, no explanation demanded.
Requirements
What you'll need
- A current massage therapy license in Arizona or Florida. We verify it with the board.
- Professional liability insurance, at least $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate, able to name Sereno as an additional insured. Most carriers. HPSO, ABMP, AMTA, do this free.
- Willingness to complete a background check. Sereno covers the cost.
- Your own table, linens, and supplies, and reliable transport.
- A valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Have these ready: your massage therapy license, liability insurance, driver's license, and auto insurance. Arizona also requires a DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. Each one needs the document itself and its expiry date.
