See who is actually available
We show you the licensed providers available in that window who cover your area. Not a list of everyone. The ones who can genuinely be there.
Choose your provider, and a backup
Read their bio, see their photo, check how they work. You pick the person, not a slot. Choose a second you would also be happy with, and if your first is not able to take it, we go straight to them instead of back to you.
You choose. Not an algorithm. Every provider on Sereno is already verified, so whoever you pick is licensed, insured, background checked, and interviewed. Choosing is about fit: the kind of pressure you want, the modality you need, the person you feel comfortable opening your door to.
Your provider gets your request by text and email, and replies within a set window that shortens the closer your session is. We keep you posted at every step, including if it moves to your backup.

Therapeutic massage, wherever you are
Choose your session length. Every session is one-on-one with a licensed therapist, in your own space.
60 minutes
$165A focused session. Ideal for a specific area, whether that is neck, shoulders, low back, or a straightforward reset.
90 minutes
$235Our most-booked length. Enough time for full-body work without rushing the areas that need it.
120 minutes
$290Unhurried and thorough. For chronic tension, recovery, or when you simply want the long version.
Membership
$150 a month, one session included
Your membership covers one 60 minute session every month, from anything on our menu. Today that means massage, and as we add services to the network your membership covers those too, at no extra cost and with nothing to switch over.
Every additional session stays at the member rate: $150, $220 or $275. Book once a month or five times a month and you keep member pricing on all of it, locked in for as long as your membership runs.
Groups & events
Bring it to the whole room
Chair massage and shorter table sessions for parties, retreats, offices, bridal mornings, and client appreciation days. Everyone gets time on the table or the chair without anyone leaving the building.
We send as many providers as your group needs. Two, three, or more working at the same time, scaled to your headcount and your window. A room of twenty is never waiting on one pair of hands, and nobody is left standing around for an hour waiting their turn.
How group sessions work
- Chair massage in 15 minute rotations. No table, no undressing, no room to set aside. Four hour minimum.
- Shorter table sessions of 30 minutes, at $80 each, where there is space and privacy for a table. Minimum of four sessions.
- More providers as the group grows. Tell us the headcount and the window and we staff it, with each provider booked for at least two hours.
- Event pricing is quoted, not listed. It depends on how many people you are looking after and how many providers that takes, so tell us about your event and we will price it properly.
Everything arrives with your provider
Table, fresh linens, oils, music. Nothing for you to buy, set up, or put away afterward. Your only job is to pick the room.
Massage is where we start. More wellness services are coming to the network, carried the same way: same licensed providers, same verified standards.
Pricing
No quotes. No haggling. No surprises.
The price you see is the price you pay.
- No travel fees. Ever. The price you see covers your provider coming to you, anywhere in the areas we serve.
- Gratuity is customary at 20 to 30 percent and goes entirely to your provider. We take none of it.
- Same pricing in every city we serve, at every time of day, on weekends and evenings too.
- Members save $15 on every session.
Who comes to your door
You should know exactly who you're letting in.
So we check, and we tell you what we checked.
- A current state license in massage therapy, verified against the state board, not self-reported.
- Professional liability insurance, current, with Sereno named as an additional insured.
- A background check, completed before their first booking.
- A signed professional conduct standard. Sereno provides licensed, non-sexual therapeutic services. There are no exceptions, and any request otherwise ends the appointment.
You'll get your provider's name and photo before your session. If anything ever feels wrong, you contact us and a person answers.
What to expect
Your first session, start to finish
The space
Any room with about 7 by 4 feet of clear floor. A living room is perfect.
What you provide
Nothing. Your provider brings the table, fresh linens, oils, and everything else.
Draping
You're professionally draped for the entire session and undress only to your comfort level.
Timing
Your provider arrives 10–15 minutes early to set up. Your session time is full hands-on time.
Afterward
They pack up and go. Drink water and take the rest of the day gently.
Payment
As soon as you request a session you add your card on Stripe. It is saved, not charged, and the payment is taken after your session is complete. No travel fee is added at any point.

Good things to know
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three days ahead gives us the best chance of matching your first choice of date, your first choice of time, and the specific therapist you want to work with.
Book closer in and you will still get a licensed provider, just from whoever is genuinely available in that window. Same day is often possible, especially midweek.
If there is a particular provider you have read about and want, give us a little more notice. Their calendar is their own, and the good ones fill up.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and there's no charge. Within 24 hours it's 50% of the session. Within 4 hours, or a no-show, is the full session, your provider has already blocked the time and the drive.
Do you take insurance, HSA, or FSA?
We do not bill insurance. Many HSA and FSA cards work like an ordinary debit card at checkout, and we can give you an itemised receipt for your session; whether your plan allows it is a question for your plan administrator.
Do you charge a travel fee?
No. Never. The price you see is the price you pay, wherever you are in the areas we serve.
Is tipping expected?
It's genuinely optional. If you'd like to, 100% goes to your provider. Sereno takes nothing from gratuity.
Can you come to a hotel or a short-term rental?
Homes and offices, absolutely. That is most of what we do.
For hotels and short-term rentals, ask us first. Where a massage therapist may practise is set by state law, and the rules are not identical for a private home, a rental you are staying in, and a hotel room. We would rather check your specific address than promise something and cancel on you.
Tell us where you are staying when you book and we will confirm quickly.
Do you serve couples or groups?
Yes. Two providers, each of you in your own space.
What if I have an injury or a medical condition?
Tell your provider at the start of your session. They are licensed professionals, trained to work around injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy and chronic conditions, and to recognise when massage is not appropriate that day.
We do not collect medical information. Not on this website, not on the booking form, not by text or email. There is no health questionnaire to fill in. That conversation happens in person, with the professional who needs to hear it, and it stays between the two of you.
If you are under a doctor's care for something significant, check with your doctor before booking. Massage therapy is not medical treatment and is not a substitute for it.
How do you vet your providers?
Credentials first: a current state license verified against the state board, professional liability insurance naming Sereno as an additional insured, and a completed background check.
Then we actually talk to them. Every provider goes through an interview where we look at their years of experience, the modalities they offer, how they approach a session and read a client's needs, what they are working toward in their own practice, and the work they are proudest of. Credentials tell us someone is allowed to do this. The interview tells us whether we would send them to our own family.
Are there sessions available for evening and weekend appointments?
Yes. Evening and weekend appointments are available, and they cost the same as any other time. Providers set their own hours, so availability varies by area and by day. The booking page shows you who is actually available in your window.
